The LIT App ("Lost In Time") is a cloud-based photography storage and delivery platform operated by Memorylane Digital LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. These Terms govern your use of the checkout store hosted at this website and any plan or service you purchase from us.

The LIT App offers annual storage and delivery plans for professional photographers. When you purchase a plan:
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable GST and taxes. No additional charges will be applied at checkout beyond the displayed price.
If you provide a valid GST number at checkout, a GST-compliant invoice will be generated for your records.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets supported by Razorpay.
Your plan is activated only after successful payment confirmation. In the event of a payment failure, no charge is applied — please retry or use a different payment method.
Custom payments (for upgrades, partial dues, or balance payments) are accepted at the displayed amount entered by you or communicated to you by our team.
All purchases on The LIT App store are final and non-refundable once the plan has been activated. This is because digital access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment.

To raise a refund request for the above cases, email info@thelit.app within 7 days of the transaction, with your payment ID and mobile number. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your plan without refund.
The LIT App platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Memorylane Digital LLP. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your photography business during your subscription period.
You retain full ownership of all photographs and content you upload to the platform.
We aim to maintain platform availability at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Memorylane Digital LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The LIT App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant plan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of The LIT App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We encourage you to first contact us at info@thelit.app to resolve any issue amicably before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform or purchase of any plan after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
